Personal Testimonies
I met Pastor Barbara Still in1999, at which time she was an evangelist. God placed her in my life at a very challenging time and allowed her to minister to me in a way that I had never experienced before. She carried around this red binder full of activities and tools to help challenge/aid women to open their hearts and let God in the deepest, darkest, places so that they could be healed and set free.
For a few years while still in
Pensacola, she took me along with her to various ministry events introducing me to other Women of God ever so gently pulling me in. She also took me into the prisons and introduced me to prison ministry as a brand-new babe in Christ. What she did for me back then was ignite a fire and when she relocated to Texas, she released me to a ministry that would continue to feed that fire.
Pastor Barbara and I reconnected almost twenty years later, and the Woman of God that she is now is bolder and more sold out for Christ than ever before. What started out as a mandate to establish a platform that would give women their voice back and prompt them to step into their divine purpose in God has developed into full time ministry.
Again, she has taken me along for this journey and continues to challenge me to exercise and develop my spiritual muscles. If you are looking for a spiritual home, Vision Now! Ministries is a safe place to heal and grow in the things of God.

Wow, as I reflect on the impact that Vision Now! Ministries, it is nothing short of remarkable. I started attending the virtual Wednesday night Bible study in October of 2021. I was living a life centered around my career focused on how much money I could make and how high I could rise up through the ranks. I had spent more than 20 years becoming successful but not fulfilled.
I started learning how to read the Bible, and how to pray. Through some significant changes in my life I held onto prayer and developed a daily habit of praying. I began to see that all the things I was working for were useless and nothing I achieved in the world would be with me after death. Everything I thought I know turned out to be a lie. It was devastating. Here I was an ambitious, educated, confident leader learning how to rely on God, seek His truth, and commit to Christ.
For the next four years I was lukewarm, “trying to serve God” while living for the world, and unsure how I could fix my life. I knew I wanted a better life and I knew God had more in store for me… I just didn’t know how to get there.
Through Vision Now! Ministries, prayer calls, virtual teachings, and social media posts God captured my heart, saved my soul, and healed my mind. I am freed from anxiety, self-hate, depression, envy, lust, anger, rebellion, and much more. I found a God that loves me, gives peace, joy, freedom, and the promise of eternal life.

Vision Now Ministries has impacted my life starting with its prayer ministry, which is what first attracted me here. After being invited to attend the Wednesday Morning Prayer Call during Covid’s lockdown, I got hooked. Over time, I attended prayer line regularly.
The ministry helped to remind me about the gift that God had blessed me with but was lying dormant. The Ministry helped me to regain my voice. I hadn’t realized I had grown silent, and wasn’t using my voice any more, until urged to pray.
The ministry has had a positive impact on me, in which we have become members of the church, using spiritual gifts, and become baptized.
God blessed this ministry to be authentic, teach the Word of God straight forward, and lift me up before God daily, me and my entire family. This is priceless to me since I suffered the loss of my Mom, the one who would pray for her children, and has gone home to be with the Lord. Having someone to cover me in prayer daily is valuable to me. A Pastor who prays, works with, communicates with, encourages,
guides, teaches and holds the sheep near, is having a Pastor who is truly watching over the sheep! Vision Now Ministry is impactful and a true blessing!
